12. Unusual Bleeding or Discharge
Unexplained bleeding—such as blood in the stool or urine, unusual vaginal bleeding, coughing up blood, or nipple discharge—should always be evaluated. Although these symptoms often have non-cancerous causes, they can also be early warning signs of cancer.
Important Note
These warning signs do not necessarily mean you have cancer. Many of them can result from less serious conditions. However, if any symptom is persistent, unusual, or worsening, it is important to seek medical advice for a proper diagnosis. Early detection greatly improves the chances of successful treatment.
