If extreme fatigue is accompanied by pallor, dizziness or shortness of breath, see a doctor immediately.
3. Skin Changes
The skin may reveal warning signs of internal cancer. Any newly appeared mole, size or skin discoloration that evolves over time should be examined.
Signs to be monitored :
Unusual, asymmetrical skin clouds with irregular edges or whose color and size change (potential signs of melanoma).
Persistent wounds that do not heal (which may indicate skin cancer).
Yellowing of the skin and eyes (jaundice) (associated with liver or pancreatic cancer).
Dark spots or intense itching (which may be associated with internal cancer).
Any unusual skin changes should be examined by a dermatologist or doctor, especially if it persists.
