Moments of tenderness release feel-good hormones. In contrast, a prolonged absence of comfort can increase stress and disrupt sleep. It’s a human reaction, not a weakness.
The Void Is Filled in Other Ways… But Not Completely
Some women find refuge in work, reading, sports, or friendships… And that’s perfectly fine! These passions nourish the spirit, but they don’t entirely replace the warmth of a genuine human connection.
